Bournemouth are on track to record what would be their first top half finish in the top flight in seven years and just their second in the club's history.
Andoni Iraola's side have impressed this season in just his first year in charge of the club and currently has the team in 10th place in the Premier League table with just two matches of the season remaining, despite not winning any of their first nine league games of the campaign.
The Cherries have particularly impressed at home this season where they've won four of their last five matches on the Dorset coast, and have already broken their points record for most collected in a top season in the top flight.
Brentford, on the other hand, have endured a tough Premier League campaign this season, but after a slight scare have guaranteed their spot in the top flight for next season.
Thomas Frank's side head into the penultimate weekend of the Premier League campaign just two places above the relegation zone, but hold a comfortable 10-point cushion over the bottom three with just a couple of matches to play.
The Bees have been plagued by injuries and long-standing suspensions to some of their best players this campaign, but have found a vein of form when they needed it most and head into the weekend having lost just one of their last seven matches.
However, only already-relegated Sheffield United have lost more matches away from home in the Premier League this season than the west London side ahead of their final away outing of the campaign on Saturday.
Bournemouth are winless in their last four matches against Brentford, and have just one win in their last eight against the Bees, though the visitors have won on only one of their last seven visits to the Vitality Stadium in the last 15 years.
