Preview and Predicted XI as Millwall head to Bolton

Millwall travel to Bolton this weekend looking to halt a run of three straight defeats.

The Lions have lost their last three games since their 1-0 victory at Derby. Those three defeats have seen the Lions drop to 20th in the table and just a point above the relegation zone.

Next up for Harris’s side is  a trip to fellow strugglers Bolton Wanderers. It has been a tough week for Phil Parkinson’s men and their problems have been well documented. The club’s training ground was closed on Monday. There was also fears the game wouldn’t go ahead. In fact it was only on Wednesday that the council agreed to let the game go ahead after they received assurances from the club around safety regulations.

Staff at the club had not been paid. There was also problems with Greater Manchester Police and a catering company being owed money. These bills have now been paid and the players will receive their  money next week.

Millwall are unbeaten in their last three against Bolton, winning at the Macron 2-0 last season.

Team News

Millwall have no new injury concerns. Conor McLaughlin should be available again after playing 71 minutes for Under 23 side against Crewe during the week.

Murray Wallace found out this week that he does  not need surgery on his knee and ankle damage but will not play again this season. Tom Bradshaw is also back training but he will also not play again this season as he recovers from an ACL injury.

Other than those two long term injures Harris has a fully fit squad to choose from.
